NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONTRACT

 

Please take notice that the town board for the Town of Rusk, Rusk County will

be executing the following contracts at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2024:

 

• Purchase and installation, complete, of an NHB150 boiler in the new town shed from Hamholm HVAC LLC for the amount of $7,656.72.
• Installation of concrete aprons and ballasts at the new town shed, including concrete, rebar, labor & finishing, by Oleskow Concrete & Masonry, for a proposed cost of $19,750.00.

 

This notice is being provided in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 60.47(2)(a).

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.47(2)(a), this notice must be posted in three public places or in one public place and on the town’s website, or must be published in a qualified newspaper as a class 1 notice under ch. 985 (at least 7 days) prior to the town board’s meeting at which the board will vote to execute the public contract.
