NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONTRACT
WITH ESTIMATED COST MORE THAN $10,000.01 BUT NOT MORE THAN $50,000.
Please take notice that the town board for the Town of Rusk, Rusk County will be executing the following general contract on or after June 29, 2026, per said contract’s approval at the Town Board’s regularly scheduled meeting of June 11th:
Purchase of approximately 900 cubic yards of gravel from Haas Sons, Inc. at the price of $14.93/cubic yard, to be truck-spread at the following locations (all quantities are approximate): 28 loads (420 CY) on Sugar Lake Rd.; 20 loads (300 CY) on Crescent Dr.; 5 loads (75 CY) on Rock Ln.; 3 loads (45 CY) on Scott Ln. E.
This notice is being provided in accordance with Wis. Stat. §§ 60.47(2)(a) & 985.02(2).
